Roth Staffing is looking for Business Systems Analyst with is focused on business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, Agile project delivery, and access management workflow automation using SailPoint
Hourly Pay Rate: $75.00 -to- $82.40

JOB DESCRIPTION
Following are the high-level requirements:
* Business analysis and requirements: The analyst will gather requirements, create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and coordinate testing efforts.
* User Access requests, monitoring, and workflow documentation: The analyst will provide first line assistance to manage application user requests with our platform team and technical support partners - ensuring timely provisioning of user access while following the access management procedures. They will assist in documenting the process and workflow requirements for automation using our SailPoint Access Management platform.

General experience requirements:
* Demonstrated experience writing business requirements, documenting process flows, user stories, functional specifications, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes, preferably with 6+ years experience supporting the implementation of an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management platform (such as Planview, OnePlan or Clarity)
* Excellent communication skills and strong customer service acumen; experience coordinating testing efforts and managing triage with technical teams
* Experience with Agile methodology - Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) expertise preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
* Experience with Agile methodology - Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) expertise preferred
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes, preferably with 6+ years experience supporting the implementation of an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management platform (such as Planview, OnePlan or Clarity)
* They will assist in documenting the process and workflow requirements for automation using our SailPoint Access Management platform.
